What to Expect

LeaderShape participants spend the week in both small group and large group settings and are stretched and challenged throughout six days together. Participants' primary group is a “family cluster” that they spend significant time with throughout the week. The curriculum incorporates current leadership issues and focuses on “take-home application” through a comprehensive and powerful LeaderShape vision-creation project. This helps students understand how to "lead with integrity."
