Our office has 4 different teams you can be a part of, check out all the teams and positions to see what group you would work best in.

The LeadLAB Team

This role will fall under the LeadLAB team whose primary responsibility is to provide fun content and a community space to students on Temple’s campus through the LeadLAB app. The app contains multiple fun features and activities, including games, the community wall, and competency challenges, that promote a sense of belonging and encourages your innate leadership skills. The LeadLAB team is for students, built and operated by students!

  • Digital Learning Intern
    • This intern will primarily be working on our LeadLAB application, brainstorming ideas on how to best capture student engagement.

The Lead Ambassador Team

This team's primary responsibility is to ensure the successful engagement and growth of the Office of Leadership Development (O.L.D.). The individual will create curriculum development and facilitation of weekly leadership workshops ‘Leadershops’. These Leadershops aim to help facilitate students learning and understanding of the true definition of what it means to be a leader.

The Leaders In Training (L.I.T.) Team

This team's primary responsibility is to create experiential learning experiences for students through large scale events. Being a part of this team is unlike any other event planning experience. You will not only see a major event planned from start to finish, but you will be a key player in making it all happen. All LIT Team members will have a rare experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating all that goes into large-scale conference planning.

  • Event Logistics Intern
    • The Chair of Event Logistics role within the team focuses on all aspects facing event organization and orchestration.

The Communications Team

This role will fall under the Communications team, whose primary responsibility is to function as the face of the Office of Leadership Development. Duties include the creation of content for all O.L.D. promotional efforts and social media platforms, and to serve as programming for our target audience and stakeholders across all digital platforms. 

  • Video Producer
    • The Video Producer role within the team focuses on pitching and producing leadership-based video content for the O.L.D. social media, YouTube, and LeadLab.
