LeaderShape at Temple is an intensive student leadership retreat that encourages self-discovery, collaboration in groups and teams, and the cultivation of positive change. 

Through LeaderShape at Temple programs, students engage in hands-on learning in a supportive community of their peers, developing leadership capacities, self-awareness, and lasting friendships. 

LeaderShape at Temple opportunities are open to all enrolled Temple students. There is no charge for students to attend programming, as housing, transportation, and meals are provided.
