Tania Irwin joined the Division of Student Affairs in August of 2018 as the Program Director for the Office of Leadership Development. In her role, Tania provides leadership education, training and consultation to all students through academic partnerships, leadership workshops and conferences, StrengthsFinder assessments and annual programs such as the LeaderShape Institute.
A Philly native, Tania received her Master’s in Higher Education from the University of Pennsylvania with a focus on diversity and inclusion and student development. She also attended North Carolina Central University where she earned a dual degree in Spanish and Psychology while serving as Miss North Carolina Central University.
Our Program Assistants
Amanda DeMarco joined the Office of Leadership Development in August of 2019. As Graduate Extern for Experiential Learning, Amanda assisted the Program Director in the planning, implementation, and execution of O.L.D.'s large and small scale events. She also serves as the advisor for the Leaders In Training Team who assist in those events as well.
In January 2021 Amanda was rehired as a Part-time Program Assistant to be an advisor to the LIT Team and Lead Ambassadors. She also will be assisting the Program Director with special projects and strategic planning initiatives such as the LeadStrong program.
A Delaware County native, Amanda has received her Master's in Education from Temple University in May 2020 with a focus in Adult & Organizational Development. She also received her Bachelor's in Adult & Organizational Development from Temple the year prior.
